Who looks after your data

ZaynTG is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: [email protected].

What we keep

• Account: your email, display name and password (stored only as a secure one-way hash), or your Google or Patreon account ID if you sign in with them.
• From Patreon: your membership status, tier and payment dates, so your access follows your Patreon payments.
• Guest access: a random ID saved in a cookie on your device, and your access code.
• What you can open: memberships, purchases, crypto orders (amount, coin, status) and download counts.
• What you write: messages to us, refund requests, comments, poll votes and reports.
• Your email choices, and which emails we already sent you.

Statistics and security

To count visits and post views we keep a one-way scrambled code made from your IP address, never the address itself, for up to 400 days. Your IP address is also used briefly to limit repeated sign-in attempts and to stop abuse.

Cookies

We only use the cookies the site needs: your age confirmation, your sign-in, your light or dark choice and, for the owner, the admin sign-in. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Emails

We email you to confirm your address, welcome you, reset your password, warn you about changes to your sign-in, send crypto receipts, tell you when we reply to your messages, and remind you before a membership ends. You can turn replies and reminders off in your account settings.

Who helps us run the site

Each service only gets what it needs to do its job: our hosting provider; Bunny.net (video streaming and backup storage); Patreon, Google and DeviantArt (sign-in and payments on their own sites); NOWPayments (crypto payments); and our email provider. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Your data stays while you have an account. Deleting your account (on your account page) removes it from this site, with your memberships, purchases, comments, messages and votes. Crypto orders are kept without your name for our accounts. Backup copies that may still contain it are replaced within 14 days.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data by emailing [email protected]. We reply within 30 days.

Age

ZaynTG is only for adults. We don't knowingly keep data about anyone under 18; if we learn of it, we delete it.
